CSAEW Celebrates Multiple Legislative Victories

Governor Newsom signed into law four new bills that will significantly strengthen and expand California’s electrical infrastructure, increase penalties for assault or battery against utility workers on the job, protect ratepayers and encouraging responsible data center growth, and create thousands of new union jobs. Each bill mandates Skilled and Trained Workforce requirements or substitute Project Labor Agreement requirements.
